  1. Can I have my gift delivered today?

    Our Netblooms-Direct florist fulfilled items can be delivered on the same day during non-holiday periods, if the order is placed before11:00am Monday through Friday in the recipient's time zone. Our florists will design the arrangement and send it out for delivery during normal business hours (9 a.m. - 5p.m.). Click here for our same day delivery products.

  2. How can I receive a confirmation of my order?

    We will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address. We will advise you we have received your order and that it is pending, as well as a confirmation of the requested delivery date once delivery has been made.

    For direct shipped Tropical Gift Packs, we will also send you a confirmation that they have shipped as well as a tracking number, if requested.

  3. Can I change my order information?

    If you have any concerns about changing your order, you can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through these services:

    We can implement any changes or updates you have on your netblooms-direct florist fulfilled order up to one day prior to delivery.

    Changes on alohabouquets.com - direct shipped orders, can be made up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled shipping date.

  4. Delivery Information - Other

    We do not guarantee Sunday delivery as most of our florists are closed on Sundays.

    We limit FedEx from making deliveries to a P.O. box as well as APO and FPO addresses. We restrict FedEx deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes or products being sent to outside the continental U.S. - Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada - and cannot be combined with any other product.
